PRSS27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 962 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS27-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX3P8, MIR6854, and RNU6-206P. Each is linked with PRSS27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS27-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBX3P8 grouped by PRSS27-low versus PRSS27-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
