Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,920 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PRSS27 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS27-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS27 results are reported.
