PRSS22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,744 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPL, PPL_S830, and SH2D3A_S180. Each is linked with PRSS22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS22-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS22 versus PPL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
