Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,532 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRSS22-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100P, DEFB1, and BCAS1. Each is linked with PRSS22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS22-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS22 versus S100P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
