PRSS22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,731 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS22-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN4, ESRP2, and ADGRF1. Each is linked with PRSS22 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS22-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS22 versus CLDN4 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
