PRSS21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,809 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD33, LSG1, and TTF2. Each is linked with PRSS21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS21-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS21 versus CD33 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
