PRSS21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,455 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS21-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEPROTL1, EIF1P4, and DNAH11. Each is linked with PRSS21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS21-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS21 versus LEPROTL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
