PRSS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,711 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGS14, GTF3C4, and ARHGEF6_S640. Each is linked with PRSS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS2 versus RGS14 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
