PRSS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,176 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS1, TIGD7, and ENGASE. Each is linked with PRSS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS2 versus PRSS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
