PRSS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,962 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLPH, NAA35, and PRDX5. Each is linked with PRSS12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS12-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS12 versus MLPH in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
