PRSS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PRSS12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS12-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by PRSS12-low versus PRSS12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
