PRSS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L3, DEFB132, and IFNA10. Each is linked with PRSS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS12-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L3 grouped by PRSS12-low versus PRSS12-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
