PRRX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,019 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM4, C1R, and CTHRC1. Each is linked with PRRX2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRX2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRX2 versus PDLIM4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
