Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,262 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A1, PRRX1, and GALNT15. Each is linked with PRRX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRX2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRX2 versus COL1A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
