Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-24, FAM197Y1, and RNU6-128P. Each is linked with PRRX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRX2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRX2 results are reported.
