Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,426 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS12, DDR2, and COL6A3. Each is linked with PRRX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRX1-to-partner and partner-to-PRRX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRX1 versus ADAMTS12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
