Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,765 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKP1, CXCR2, and MIR29B2CHG. Each is linked with PRRT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT3-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT3 results are reported.
