PRRT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,423 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MVP, RABEP2, and SERBP1. Each is linked with PRRT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRT2 versus MVP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
