PRRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PRRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by PRRT2-low versus PRRT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
