Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,275 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PRRT2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT2 results are reported.
