Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,953 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRT1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSDL2, ARRB1, and RCOR3. Each is linked with PRRT1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRT1B versus HSDL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
