Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,501 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRT1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal D-glucose absorption, Copper ion export, and Serotonin receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PRRT1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT1B results are reported.
