PRRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 826 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7AP23, SNORD113-4, and VENTXP7. Each is linked with PRRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRT1-to-partner and partner-to-PRRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
