Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,495 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD248, CDH13, and THY1. Each is linked with PRRG3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG3 versus CD248 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
