Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,455 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP1B1, NOP53, and RPS6. Each is linked with PRRG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG3 versus ATP1B1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
