Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,475 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02272, MIR6803, and SAP30-DT. Each is linked with PRRG3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02272 grouped by PRRG3-low versus PRRG3-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
