Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52A5, OR52E2, and OR56A5. Each is linked with PRRG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52A5 grouped by PRRG3-low versus PRRG3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
