PRRG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,053 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPS8L1, TMC4, and TMEM238. Each is linked with PRRG2 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG2 versus EPS8L1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
