PRRG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,931 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, ARHGAP35, and CTNND1. Each is linked with PRRG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG2 versus ARFIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
