PRRG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 392 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2D6, MANBAL, and MXRA5. Each is linked with PRRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG2 versus CYP2D6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
