Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943 and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with PRRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG2 results are reported.
