PRRG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, PDE6H, and CABS1. Each is linked with PRRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF23 grouped by PRRG2-low versus PRRG2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
