PRRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,323 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC3, WWC2, and DDX3X. Each is linked with PRRG1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG1 versus HERC3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
