PRRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,307 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP31, PRRG1_T186, and PXN. Each is linked with PRRG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRG1 versus ARHGAP31 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
