Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,552 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F3, RPS27AP9, and MRPS34. Each is linked with PRRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG1 results are reported.
