Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP21, OLIG3, and MIR4774. Each is linked with PRRG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP21 grouped by PRRG1-low versus PRRG1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
