Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, MEK1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PRRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by PRRG1-low versus PRRG1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
