PRRC2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,951 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf35, EEF1AKNMT, and DHX9. Each is linked with PRRC2C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRC2C versus C1orf35 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
