Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRC2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ILF2, RAD51AP1, and NEK2. Each is linked with PRRC2C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRC2C versus ILF2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
