Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,551 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF3, PRRC2A, and BCLAF1. Each is linked with PRRC2C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2C results are reported.
