PRRC2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and GAPDH. Each is linked with PRRC2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by PRRC2C-low versus PRRC2C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
