PRRC2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRC2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,981 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are POGK, RC3H1, and CEP350. Each is linked with PRRC2C in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRC2C versus POGK in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
