PRRC2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRC2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,884 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid transport, RNA transport, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with PRRC2C in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nucleic acid transport grouped by PRRC2C-low versus PRRC2C-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
