PRRC2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRRC2C mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,746 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PML, EP400, and JARID2. Each is linked with PRRC2C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2C-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PML grouped by PRRC2C-low versus PRRC2C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
