PRRC2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,439 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, WRNIP1, and XPO1. Each is linked with PRRC2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2A-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
