PRRC2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,099 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THRAP3, PRRC2C, and SMARCA4. Each is linked with PRRC2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2A-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
