Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,552 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT80, FERMT1, and PKP1. Each is linked with PRR9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR9-to-partner and partner-to-PRR9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
