PRR5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,984 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRR5L_S28, EPB41L2, and EPB41L2_S550. Each is linked with PRR5L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR5L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR5L versus PRR5L_S28 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
