PRR5L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR5L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM19, MMP13, and ADAMTS2. Each is linked with PRR5L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR5L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR5L versus ADAM19 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
