PRR5L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR5L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PRR5L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR5L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by PRR5L-low versus PRR5L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
